Job Summary

We are looking for a productive Accounts Payable Clerk to help prepare the purchasing and expense invoices and enter them in the ERP system, SAGE X3. The position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

Job Responsibilities

- Ensure proper 3-way match: Purchase Orders with Receipts and Vendor Invoices

- Review Purchase Order-Receipts-Vendor Invoice for discrepancies and address them with then purchasing department

- Ensure the purchasing and expense invoices have proper approvals

- Enter purchasing and expense invoices in SAGE X3

- File and maintain clerical records

- Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Skills and Competencies:

· 1 years + accounts payable experience

· Attention to detail, accuracy and completeness

· Strong organization, and analytical skills

· Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work in a busy environment and meet deadlines

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with staff

· Team player

· Proficient in MS Office Suite

· SAGE X3/300 software experience is an asset
