Accounting Clerk - Porsche Centre Oakville Job at Policaro Group
Porsche Centre Oakville is currently looking for a Accounting Clerk who will be responsible for providing accounting support in a friendly and upbeat work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cash balancing, daily deposits, banking reconciliations.
- Process accounts payables and run monthly check runs for venders
- Process accounts receivable and follow up with outstanding accounts for collections
- Prepare on demand cheques as needed
- Post daily licensing charges
- Reconcile schedules monthly
- Reconcile monthly intercompany payables/receivables
- Reconcile monthly parts statement
- Assist in preparation of monthly statements through reconciliation of various accounts.
- Assist in preparing fiscal year-end working papers for auditors.
- Help with daily filing of accounting documents
