WELLHEAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Job Summary
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, positive, hard-working individual to join our team in Clairmont, AB. The Wellhead Customer Service Representative provides, accurate, on-time product and service delivery information for our customers wellhead needs. This office-based position is an outstanding opportunity to join a winning team that values employees and their families while providing an excellent benefit program for the successful candidate. Responsibilities and Duties:
Adherence to all company Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality policies.
Perform administrative functions supporting customer service functions and sales order entries.
Provide monthly status of open orders and follow up with customers and Production.
Maintain records of asset delivery progress and invoicing.
Interact with Production, Buyer, and Planner for follow-up of customer orders.
Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.
On call weekly rotational schedule.
Complete field service job packages.
Minimum Job Qualifications
Minimum High School diploma or GED.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in oilfield Wellhead operations.
Previous experience preparing quotes is a plus.
Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
Excellent computer skills.
Has initiative and ability to work effectively in a team with little direction and/or few guidelines.
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship.
