Outside sales position Relevant work experience: 2-3 years.

  • The objective of the Territory Sales Manager position is to maximize sales volume within a given profitability
framework for the designated territory. This role will cultivate and maintain new and existing customers
through various channels while ensuring delivery of NCT business objectives. The Territory Sales Manager’s
focus is on building lasting relationships with internal and external clients. Personality is key! Looking for
someone that is energetic, enthusiastic, motivated, and driven by results. Retail, wholesale, or manufacturer
Tire experience considered a huge asset.

Essential Duties:

  • Proven Track record of increasing sales and revenue: Tire and/or Automotive field preferred but will train the
right candidate.
  • 2-3 years of consulting sales experience in understanding and applying the basic selling principles such as:
prospecting, introducing benefits, call planning, qualifying, handling objections, follow-ups and closing the
sale.
  • Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to creatively solve problems with a mutually beneficial result for the client.
  • Product knowledge or the aptitude to learn about the products.
  • Customer focused and dedicated to exceeding the expectations of internal and external clients.
  • Conduct Dealer Training in sales techniques & product feature.
  • Assess sales performance according to the KPI.
  • Monitor competition in designated region.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Strong planning and organization skills with a proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage varied,
time sensitive workloads.
  • Customer centered with strong interpersonal, conflict resolution and relationship building skills to
collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Superior communication, organizational, time management, interpersonal skills, planning, presentation, and
negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS office package; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license.
