We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Team Lead, Center of Store to join our team in 2274 Richmond - Ackroyd.
This position will contribute to the success of the store by demonstrating our company mission of Always Customer First and embodying our core values of Service, People, Innovation, Fun, and Integrity.

You will be responsible for:
  • Assisting in leading a team, while acting as a coach, mentor, and resource to team members.
  • Assisting in managing the department’s business plan to achieve targeted objectives.
  • Assisting in managing the effective execution of merchandising plans.
  • Assisting in holding the department accountable for operational standards.
  • Supporting the successful implementation and administration of people development initiatives.
You have:
  • Passion for great food and outstanding service.
  • Strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
  • Previous experience in a retail and customer service related role.
  • Food Safe Certification is a requirement.
