Summary
The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for the flow of goods and services, including procurement, and warehousing. This role will include day-to- day supply chain operations, ERP Data management, and communication with internal and external clients.

The duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Responsible for the timely fulfillment of internal and external orders
  • Ensuring accuracy and verifying the purchase order details for all products being shipped/received
  • Maintain and manage the ERP system by entering parts, costs, and service orders
  • Accurately log the daily movement of goods by utilizing the internal inventory system
  • Update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments; Follow up with shipping companies as needed
  • Participates in developing plans and implementing continuous improvements in operations, productivity, quality, and customer service within the area of responsibility
  • Leads / perform cycle counts and other inventory audits and controls.
  • Crating and packaging of equipment and/ or goods, follow up on
  • Follow up with suppliers when needed
  • Responds to problems with resolutions by investigating, resolving, or escalating the matter
  • Maintains department metrics using internal computer-based applications
  • Operating all types of warehouse mobile equipment
  • Actively participating in continuous improvement projects and initiatives
  • In conjunction with manufacturing, service, and support personnel, develops and implements procedures for material deliveries.
  • Ensuring a clean & orderly working environment to improve the overall efficiency of operations
  • Adheres to controls and compliance requirements and completes quality inspections
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience, an associate degree preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment, some shipping and receiving experience a plus
  • Forklift experience is required
  • Customer-focused approach to dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Intermediate experience utilizing an ERP system (Microsoft D365 is a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver against the deadline
  • A high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain excellent accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude with the ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently with little supervision
Work Conditions
  • Multi-work environment (manufacturing, production, warehouse, research and development, office) requiring the use of PPE
  • Full-time hours (40 hrs a week)
  • Ability to lift and carry fifty (50) pounds
  • Bending, sitting, standing, kneeling, and walking
