JvonConstruction Group of Companies is looking to hire full, and part time snow removal crew members with the option of staying year round or seasonal depending what your seeking.
JvonConstruction Group of Companies Landscape Division is a full service property maintenance division that provides our services to cities, commercial, and residential property owners.
Jvon is looking to fill positions in the North Etobicoke, North York, and Mississauga area right away.
Job Description
Winter Season
- Plowing snow, shoveling walkways and or steps, applying salt, and or ice melter.
- May be asked to operate a pickup truck with plow, or tractor with plow, and or snow blowers.
- Must be available 24/7 during the winter season of November 15 to April 15. Dispatch will always give a few hours in advance of notice to ensure you are prepared. This will also include any holidays during the winter season, and with the hours varying either early morning day, and or night.
- You are required to bring your own boots, heavy jacket, gloves or etc that you will need to stay warm and dry. Our staff can provide you with gloves if they are misplaced or wet during a shift.
The successful applicant is welcomed to stay for year round employment as it is preferred, but we are also open to part time, and seasonal. Jvon is looking for team players, who will be able to work in a team manner, and have at least 2 years of experience within the snow removal industry
Salary: $18.00 - $30.00 depending on experience. During winter minimum guarantee of 15 hours per week regardless of if there is no snow, you will be asked to come in. Monthly performance bonus is provided every 30th of the month between November to April. Up to $700.00
Jvon is looking to hire 10-15 personals for this position, the successful applicant can begin November 01, 2022
