Shopify CRO Specialist / Front End Developer Job at Aplo Group
Aplo Group LTD is a full-service e-commerce marketing firm that partners with brands to scale their direct-to-consumer sales channels.
We are an Ottawa-based company with a fully remote team of 22 across Canada.
We are looking for someone (part-time or full-time) with a background in e-commerce CRO and landing page development to join our CRO team.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience optimizing Shopify stores for better onsite conversion rate and higher AOV
- 2+ years of experience building sale/landing pages on Shopify
- 2+ years of experience coding with Shopify Liquid
- Fluent in HTML/CSS/JS/Liquid
- Google Analytics experience (GA4 and UA)
- Google optimize experience (or alternatives such as VWO, Optimizely, etc)
- Previous copywriting/landing page design experience
- Google Tag Manager (GTM API, Datalayer, etc) experience preferred
- GitHub experience preferred
- Front end development preferred
- UI/UX experience preferred
- Shopify Plus background preferred
- Client facing experience (agency setting preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
Other Beneficial Experience:
- Any online advertising / Shopify store management experience
- Any email/SMS marketing, direct response, or relevant e-commerce experience
Compensation: $5000 - $7000 per month (full-time)
