The Position

  • The Appointment Coordinator is an essential brand building point for our service team. As a support and client relations expert, the Appointment Coordinator provides essential continuity between the client during booking and appointment follow-up, as well as supporting the effective flow of vehicles through the service department by coordinating and scheduling service appointments. You are a bright, energetic, solution-oriented individual who believes that the path to success is paved with hard work, dedication, and exceptional customer service.
  • Opportunity to advance within the service department and dealership (service advisor, sales, etc.)
  • Report to the Fixed Operations Manager
  • This position is full time, 40 hours and starting immediately
  • Hours of 8:30pm - 5:30pm, working Monday – Friday or possible Tuesday - Saturday (closed Sundays and statutory holidays)

The Requirements

  • 2+ relevant experience in a call center / reception related position
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Passion for the automotive industry
  • High degree of honesty and integrity
  • Appreciation for professionalism, processes, and structure
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast pace work environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Valid and clean driver’s abstract
  • CDK/One-Eighty/xtime experience is an asset
