Service Advisor Job at Leisure Days RV Centre Kitchener
Job Summary:
Leisure Days RV Group one of Canada's largest Recreational Vehicle Dealerships has an opportunity at its Ayr (Kitchener) location
This position is the front line for the service department and liaison for customer communication . The image and reputation of our dealership is based heavily around the people in this position . The environment is fast paced and process driven , with tight deadlines .
Job Duties :
Communicate professionally with customers in a way that builds confidence and comfort . Provides estimates, creates work orders , and facilitates all RV service . Schedules and ensures all deliveries , warranty and customer repair work are completed in priority order while following our established process . Keeps customers informed and updated on the repair status of their units . Verifies quality control has been done and completes final invoicing , and co-ordinates pick-up/delivery to customers . Sells additional service/maintenance , parts and accessories .
Qualifications and Skills
Organisational skills - ability to multitask and follow established process
Strong interpersonal and sales skills - with a fair and assertive personality
Ability to work under pressure and handle adversity
A team player , with integrity , positive energy , positive attitude , strong work ethics , urgency to accomplish tasks
Ability to communicate technical information
Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
A passion for interacting with people
Basic computer skills and data entry
RV experience an asset
A desire to provide outstanding customer service

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
