We are currently recruiting for a senior Unity developer for our Scarborough office. Please note this is a full-time hybrid position. You are required to commute to the office at least once a week, subject to change. Only candidates eligible to work in Canada will be considered.

What you’ll bring to ATS: - Taking primary ownership and responsibility over feature development, from ideation to release. - Working with and mentoring developers of various skill levels. - Experience working in an agile development environment using scrum or kanban. - A customer focused mindset when it comes to application feature development. - Writing clean, maintainable, extensible, well documented code in a production environment. - Excellent communication skills, including working and communicating closely with other teams and departments. - Ability to discuss and resolve issues quickly with other teams involving various other web/backend languages. - Strong time management skills, including the ability to prioritize or deprioritize feature development based on external business requirements.

Experience and requirements - 5+ years experience working with Unity and C# working with production code - Experience using modern development features within Unity, including asset bundles, scriptable render pipelines, and nested prefabs/variants. - Experience deploying applications to various platforms (primarily PC and WebGL within Unity). - Experience with working with any well known source tree application (preferred git using standard GitFlow workflow). - Experience with integrating various restful API's within Unity or a similar framework, as well as debugging network related issues. - Knowledge and experience with using Gitlab build pipeline management (or an equivalent platform).
