We are in search of an experienced Senior Data & Analytics Architect. This position will report to the Senior Manager of IT Operations and will be responsible for designing, architecting, and facilitating solutions that continue to enable the success of our global reporting platforms and self-service analytics users.

Core responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate with business resources to identify and address data, analytics, and operational reporting requirements
• Provide guidance, support, and solution designs for business analyst resources
• Provide operational support for existing solutions
• Define and enforce analytics development standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes
• Generate supporting documentation and document templates
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams
• Evaluate technologies and products to determine feasibility and compatibility with new and/or existing systems

Skills and experience required:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience related to reporting & analytics development, with at least 5 years as a Data Architect, Data Scientist, or similar role
• Highly proficient with T-SQL and PL/SQL
• Familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Strong understanding of MS SQL databases including an in-depth knowledge of database structure principles
• Familiar with cloud data lakehouse and change data capture technologies
• SQL Server Reporting Services development experience considered an asset
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relay complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Capable of working well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
