Job Description


The Senior Account Manager – Canada oversees day-to-day account management for OpenBet’s Canadian Operators. Working closely with the broader OpenBet team, the person in this role is accountable for the organization and administration of all customer-facing account management activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Canadian Operator accounts and critical operator contacts through a robust customer relationship and coordination with OpenBet internal teams and support groups.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our customer's position in the market, their products and services, points of difference, and competitive landscape to help support their ongoing growth and success.
  • Oversee and manage our customer's requirements, needs, and feedback for all projects and operational deliveries through oversight, detailed documentation, and timelines.
  • Establish and build strong working relationships with internal business leaders at all levels of the organization as required to execute the role effectively.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new, and upcoming projects.
  • Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged regularly and adequately.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with project management or account management
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles)
  • Ability to work independently and manage personal and team member time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong writing, phone and presentation skills in English

Additional Information


This position is hybrid, 2 days a week in our Montreal office which is in the heart of Montreal, near Peel Metro station. Working hours are flexible.
