Security Supervisor to work at one of our Healthcare site in
Steinbach, MB.
As a security guard in the Healthcare sector, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there!

What does a Security Supervisor in Healthcare do?
- Required to lead a team of up to 25 on site security officers
- Maintenance and upkeep of the daily security officer schedule
- Responsible for ensuring post orders are maintained, updated and followed by all security officers
- CCTV Monitoring
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Direct liaison with site client on a daily basis
- Responding to Fire Alarm/Emergency Situations
- Complete daily reports and incident reports
- Provide excellent customer service
- Desk Duties
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications to be become Security Supervisor in Healthcare?
- Valid Permanent Manitoba Security Guard license
- Fluent in English, both written and orally
- High school education or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills
