We are looking for a Security Guard to protect the company's property and employees. The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring that all security measures are in place and, in the event of any emergency situation, will have full knowledge of all protocol and procedures. Previous experience is a must, as well as an interest in safety and crime prevention.
Responsibilities:
- Verify people's identities.
- Distinguish a common citizen from a criminal or terrorist threat.
- Keep watch over a designated area.
- Enforce policies and procedures developed by the security or management company.
- Understand the policies and procedures of your job.
- Intervene when you witness illegal activity taking place.
- Observe people's behavior and report it to the appropriate authorities.
