Daily job functions of an Account Manager:
- Cold calling new customers in effort to develop lead lists
- Growing and maintaining your book of business through good customer service and constant communication
- Following up with existing leads in effort to secure new business
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with current customers
- Quoting customers competitive prices based on current market trends
- Collaborating with co-workers in a team-oriented environment
- Adaptable with the capability to pivot your focus at a moment’s notice
- Uncover the needs of your customers through active listening and problem solving
What we look for in an Sales Representative:
- Must be able to start immediately
- A self-starter who is ready to learn tricks and tools of the trade
- Efficient time management skills with the ability to allot the proper amount of time to each task
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow up with customers and carriers in a timely manner
- Proficient in negotiations with both customers and carriers
- Problem solving skills with the ability to step back from a problem and look at different angles to find a solution
- Competitive nature with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Team player with the ability to multitask
- The ability to keep calm under pressure and tight deadlines
Benefits we offer:
- $24,000 base salary + uncapped commission
Training and Onboarding
Here at Luxxeen, we understand the concept that time is money, so we have designed our training to be the most efficient and practical as possible. We get you up to speed with the industry jargon, equipment, and processes with hands-on-training and shadowing with our wonderful team members. The first week of training is more lecture style learning, but since we have found that people learn best by doing - the remainder of the training month is much more learning by trial and error with the guidance of our GMs and team leads.
