The Company

Servicing the Stratford area, this thriving company provides Plumbing, Heating, Housing, and Mechanical services through a wide range of projects to contractors/customers, including the industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. They are experiencing a tremendous growth and need an exceptional sales expert who can account manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as build upon new ones.

The Job!

Your duties will include the following:

• Managing customer relationships
• Service and retain existing accounts while working to grow sales and margins
• Maintain effective CRM: update customer profiles, perform required follow-ups, effective tracking procedures
• Continually work to maintain market trends, pricing, etc
• Prepare timely and effective communication in relation to actions and progress on accounts serviced
• Collaborate with branch employees, servicing customers and vendors as required

What you bring to the job

You possess:

• A highly driven mindset and a true team player
• Proven client loyalty and relationship management skills
• 3-5 years of sales experience
• A strong customer focus with demonstrated relationship-building skills
• A proven team player individual
• MS Office and CRM experience
• Knowledge of Plumbing and Heating/HVAC would be ideal but not required
• Experience in the wholesale/distribution would be ideal but not required
