Must have experience in customer service and sales. Must be reliable, trustworthy and outgoing. Will have to merchandise and do window displays, clean and organize, use the POS system, and be able to help customers with a variety of things.
Will work up to opening and closing the store and looking after things while the owners are away. Wages and benefits will increase with responsibility and time.
