Jenkins Show Productions is looking for a Sales Agent to join our family business from now until the end of April 2023. We have recently expanded the number of shows we organize and need a Sales Agent to assist in selling booth space. Our home shows are in Oakville, Milton, Burlington, Ancaster, Brantford, Hamilton, and Niagara.

Hours: Mon-Fri, 4 hours per day. The position offers a flexible work schedule for someone interested in working 20 hours a week from home.

A Sales Agent with Jenkins Show Productions will be responsible for selling booth space to local companies by:

• Emailing and calling prospective and previous clients
• Searching out new companies to exhibit with Jenkins Show Productions
• Explaining the benefits of each of the 7 spring home shows and 1 cottage show we are offering for spring 2023
• Updating client information
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Following up on leads

Requirements:

• Must be able to visit our home office in Oakville for the first week or two so that we can offer support and answer any questions you have.
• Must be available for 4 hours a day Monday-Friday to make calls and send emails.
• Must have access to a computer
• Must have a reliable internet connection
• Be familiar with Microsoft Office Products/Google Apps, specifically Excel and Word, or Sheets and Docs

Although this is an entry level position, previous experience in phone/email sales, event planning, home shows, or the renovation industry are an asset.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
