We are currently looking for a rental agent for our projects located in Sainte-Julie, Saint-Lambert and Longueuil. Come and enjoy a work environment where commitment, collaboration, leadership and innovation are part of everyday life!
Responsibilities
HERE’S WHAT YOUR DAY COULD LOOK LIKE:
- Participate in business development, solicit potential customers, follow up with visitors, show model condos and meet potential tenants
Have the credit check and reference documents completed
Complete the leases as well as all the attached documents
Submit all informative documents (tenant guide, building rules)
Complete all necessary correspondence in French and English
Produce reports representing activities
Welcome tenants who move in and carry out an inspection and visit before delivery
Respond to tenants and follow up – customer service

DO YOU HAVE THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite
Good judgment and thoroughness
Rental or real estate experience (Asset)
Variable work schedule for a maximum of 40 hours per week
- Must be available day, evening and weekend.
