Receptionist/Branch Administrator Job at Apex Distribution Inc.

We are committed to providing superior customer service to the oilfield markets of Western Canada. Apex is currently seeking a Branch Administrator for our Drayton Valley, AB location.
The Drayton Valley area has consistently experienced an active marketplace and has a strong track record of success. They are a successful team priding themselves as customer orientated and continue to be motivated for being recognized as the number one supply store in the area.
We are looking for a team player with strong organizational abilities
Some duties will include:
- Compiling & verifying information, calculating data and data entry
- Assist with invoicing and other documents in accordance with existing processes
- Courteously receiving in-bound calls, emails, and visitors.
- Review, evaluate and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels and place orders as required.
- Other duties as required
Excellent people skills, a can-do attitude and the ability to improve processes are essential.
