Receptionist Job at Zarrabian Rehabilitation Centre
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Distribute mail
- Act as first point of contact for visitors
- Complete Billing the day of for all visitors
- Field calls with related person(s)
- Keep Office Clean
- Keep up with office stock of supplies and medical equipment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Business Admin. or Management Experience (University Degree preferred)
- Related Marketing experience
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be conversationally fluent in English
- Must be digitally competent (Word, excel, basic computer functions, experience with medical and billing softwares)
