Hôpital Vétérinaire Général is a small animal practice that has been taking care of the pets of our community for 35 years. Our goal is the health and wellbeing of our patients as well as offering a friendly and caring service to our clients. Our hospital is in the upcoming area of St-Henri and conveniently located near the Lionel Groulx metro station, the Atwater market and the canal Lachine.
Our practice is growing and we are looking for a bilingual receptionist to join our friendly and dynamic team. The position is full-time. We strive for team work because it creates a stronger and happier team and also for self-improvement in order to better serve our clientele.
The main responsibilities are to schedule appointments, answer telephone call, manage the patients file, communicate with client and team members, keep the office organizes and fulfill the day to day tasks.
We are looking for someone dynamic and energetic as well as someone who loves animals. A good sense of organization and a good knowledge of computers are assets.
