We are a Real Estate law firm located in Toronto, searching for a REAL ESTATE LAW CLERK who is confident in real estate transactional work and who requires no supervision. We are searching for a law clerk who is well versed in taking carriage of purchase, sale, or refinance files from the file’s beginning to it’s closing. The clerk will also be experienced in prepping Postponements, Applications, Notices, Assignments of rent etc. This is a full-time position and requires the clerk to be physically present at our office. Remote work for 50% of the time is available. The successful candidate knows how to close refinances, purchases and sales from inception to final reporting.
