QUALITY CONTROL TECHINICAN NEEDED!

Calling all Job Seekers in Utopia! My client, is looking for Quality Control Technician's to join their team!

Job Title: QUALITY CONTROL TECHINICAN

Job Duties:

• Ensuring finished concrete products meet the quality standards set by the Company or CSA, Plant Prequal or PCI (CPCI)
• Representing the company in a professional, positive manner when dealing with internal and external customers as well as ensure quality control standards are met
• Measuring, identifying, and verifying the materials and sizes of the fabricated components versus the detailed drawings
• Assisting in achieving departmental goals.
• Monitoring the completion, the concrete manufacturing process by testing the physical properties and gaging aesthetic quality of the concrete during the pouring and post pouring conditions
• Implementing corrective actions, when required, after consultation with the Project management, Engineering and/or QC Manager
• Proactively suggesting improvements to current processes

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 6-12 months+ experience with quality control
• hand and power tools (basic knowledge)
• blueprint reading
• construction, concrete or similar industry experience or schooling

Location: Utopia, Ontario

Shift:

• Candidates must be open to shift

Pay: based on experience
