The Project Manager will be responsible for the oversight of project delieverables including managing, planning, directing and coordinating projects. This role will have high level commercial accountability to ensure the scheduling, scope and overall project managment of the project meets UAS standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, executes, and manages a variety of projects throughout their life cycle to ensure they are completed on schedule.
  • Develops and manages a project managment plan that outlines staffing, materials, equipment, subcontracting, and other services required to deliver the project.
  • Reviews and create Proposals.
  • Coordinates with internal personnel and external resource plan.
  • Takes appropriate action to minimize the impact of deviations, changes in scope or external factors.
  • Manage assigned project to ensure that all project goals are met in accordance with established scheduling as expected by the client(s) and UAS
  • Pursues a culture of zero harm at the project sites and offices, with an uncompromising commitment to health, safety, and the environment. This is accomplished with thorough plans, procedures, training and implementing new and innovative technologies.
  • Maintains, builds strong relationships with our clients and with sub-contractors.
  • Identifies critical path issues and esnure plans are in place to meet key schedules and delieverables.
  • Protect UAS reputation and interests, by ensuring all risks are pro-actively managed and resolved.
  • Develop and incorporate all project scope changes, provide reporting updates on project activities, scheduling compliance ect. and makes recommendations with regards to delieverables and resources to ensure project objectives are properly met and supported.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • PMP certification is preferred
  • Proven leadership and relationship management skills and experience
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Valid Drivers license
  • Attention to detail & accuracy
  • Common Core
  • Sudbury INO

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
