Project Administrator Job at White Rock Mechanical Services
We're looking for new members to join our growing team. This position requires someone who is highly self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects at once.
We're hiring candidates with strong communication skills, and someone who has the eagarness to learn and evolve.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team.
- Maintain detailed and accurate project details
- Contacting customers and suppliers via phone and email
- Product ordering, control and management
- Knowledge of bookeeping skills an assest
- Admin work- sending emails- inquiries, phone calls, scheduling and organization of scheduling, data entry and filing.
- Multitasker
- Work under pressure
Ideally the candidate will have some knowledge of construction or of revelant trade knowledge. (Plumbing, Gas, Refrigeration, Sheet Metal, HAVC, or Electrical)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
