The Centre of Health Excellence is an innovative newcomer to the local healthcare landscape in St. John's, Newfoundland & Labrador. We are bringing a new way of thinking about how primary and outpatient medicine can be delivered by creating an environment that utilizes a team approach to delivering care.
We want to eliminate barriers for physicians, enabling them to deliver more efficient, high-quality healthcare, with improved access for patients and superior outcomes. In other words, an environment where physicians can spend their time on what matters most - taking care of patients!
We are looking to hire General Practitioners and Urgent/Emergency Care Practitioners
Ideal Candidates
- Practitioners looking for something different,
- Interested in technology and leveraging innovation to improve clinical operations resulting in increased time with patients,
- New to practice or experienced, but looking to set new roots by partnering with a team that has a mission to create a more efficient system and better patient experiences,
The Role
- Working with a diverse team to deliver primary care in a walk in / urgent care setting.
The Requirements
- A general practitioner with experience in family or emergency medicine and are looking for an opportunity that differs from traditional primary care models.
- Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Newfoundland and Labrador.
- Comfortable using technology and passionate about its potential in healthcare.
- Full and part-time opportunities.
