Plan A Sarnia Chatham is looking for dependable, hard working PSWs who are looking for a great opportunity. Health Care Benefits available for Full-Time staff. You must be available to work all shifts and every other weekend.

Our team of health care professionals is made up of compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers in Ontario and Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Health Care Aides (HCAs) in British Columbia & Alberta.

Qualifications and Skills

· Must have full Covid vaccination and booster

· Completion of a recognized PSW program

· Excellent attendance and punctuality

· Hardworking, compassionate, positive, solution-oriented, professional, and flexible

· LTC experience considered an asset

· Surveillance of residents

· Charting on PCC

· Assist with other duties assigned by the home
