As the Recruiter, Retail Talent Acquisition, you will support building high-performing teams by sourcing world-class Retail talent and evaluating, impressing, and securing them to join the team. THE ROLE
As the Recruiter, Retail Talent Acquisition, you will support in:
  • Finding the best Retail talent and delivering the right people to put forward for assessment
  • Assessing and selecting the best candidates that meet our key attributes of employment
  • Inspiring candidates with all Aritzia has to offer, exciting them about the role, the company, the career opportunity
  • Securing in top talent with compelling offers for best and brightest Retail talent
  • Travel to stores required on a weekly basis
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Recruiter, Retail Talent Acquisition has:
  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications
  • Perfectly bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum of 1-2 year experience in Talent Acquisition
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
