Is this you? You're a Payroll guru who enjoys learning new systems & working with a great team! You'll work closely with our Lead, Payroll Specialist by processing bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for our approximately 1000 employees across multiple divisions using the ADP, & Workday platforms and maintain the employee database regarding salary and pay.

Details: your leader will be our iA Manager of Payroll. Our ideal candidate resides in Texas, ideally Austin, although we're open to remote.

Your focus: collect, verify, and gather information on hours worked for each employee. Work with leaders for approval on payments as needed. Help us maintain our HRIS system and associate information. Assist payroll team with audits. Ensure we're in compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws. You'll work directly with employees about incorrect payments or discrepancies. In addition, you'll maintain payroll records such as timecards, bank deposits, and payroll registers.

We're looking for people who: have 5 years of multi-state payroll experience + an associate's degree. We also love payroll certifications, such as CPP.

Technologies: ADP - required, Workday - preferred
