Canso Ford Sales is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Parts & Service Advisor.

What would your duties be as an Parts & Service Advisor at Canso Ford Sales?

The Parts & Service Advisor is responsible for guiding Canso Ford’s customers through the maintenance and repair of vehicles while creating a great first impression.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Scheduling customer appointments for vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Keeping customers informed on status of repairs/service and address customer questions, needs, and concerns.
  • Ensuring customer vehicles are returned to the customer clean and with all items identified for service/repair carried out appropriately and on time.
  • Continually confirming accuracy and relevance of all department forms, menus, and pricing guides.
  • Consistently improving delivery of service for excellent customer satisfaction.

What qualifications are we looking for?

  • Minimum Grade 12 High School Diploma.
  • Basic understanding of automotive mechanical fundamentals.
  • Experience not required, but prior parts/service department and customer service experience considered an asset.
  • College certificate or additional post-secondary courses considered an asset.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Industry-competitive hourly wage with compensation starting at $35,000/year.
  • Two weeks of paid vacation with additional weeks commensurate with years of service.
  • Monday through Friday work week.
  • Group insurance plan with health, drug, and dental included.
  • Pension plan with additional employer contribution available.
