Parts Advisor - Bruce Collision Job at Bruce Automotive Group
Bruce Collision in Middleton is looking for a highly organized and motivated Parts Advisor to join their busy body shop!
The Opportunity:
As the Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for sourcing, ordering and receiving parts for our busy Collision Center. You will develop and maintain relationships with our vendors and ensure we are sourcing the best solution. You will manage purchase orders and all the paperwork that goes along with them, as well as ensure parts are billed out on the necessary work order at the quoted price. You will be responsible for the storage and organization of Parts (received, sorted, labeled and stored) so work flows smoothly. You will also return any unused parts and ensure that it is credited appropriately. You will manage the inventory of paint, undercoat and other shop supplies by conducting counts to ensure we maintain sufficient stock to support our business.
What we are looking for:
You have excellent customer service skills and thrive in working in a fast-paced environment. Having experience in the automotive industry is considered an asset but being comfortable with computer applications is essential. You are extremely organized and have attention to detail. You are adaptable and love to take on a challenge. Business hours are from 7:30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. You must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
