We are looking to add a technology-agnostic solution-based sales professional who can help drive challenging and complex conversations with our customers regarding future-proofing and securing their technology stack. This person should feel equally adept at managing the customer's journey from small B2B technology sales from a pricelist … to quarterbacking large transformative technology projects and quotations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline and opportunity management including preparation of monthly and quarterly business planning sessions, forecasts, weekly updates, and CRM updates
  • Develop, execute, and track innovative sales strategies for premise and cloud services
  • Prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and with other apps and tools
  • Build and monitor prospect/lead pipeline to ensure continuous population of immediate and long-term opportunities
  • Work with our team to track technology trends and develop new product solutions
  • Follow-up on leads and sales inquiries and track progress
  • Create interest in our products and services and work diligently with our business development team to identify, target and open opportunities for engagements
  • Provide customer feedback and commentary to marketing and product teams to help us continually refine our messaging
  • Participating in training and launch of newly recruited vendor relationships

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in outbound B2B sales ideally selling a service in an IT-related industry
  • Proven ability to run discovery calls and product demonstrations
  • Proven experience in server and storage hardware, software and networking sales
  • Experience with telecom hardware and software sales
  • Willingness to learn and expand knowledge regarding IT Support & Managed Services
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal and professional demeanour
  • Must be self-motivated with an ability to take initiative in a challenging environment
  • Demonstrated history of job stability – We invest in our employees. We are looking for candidates who want a career
  • IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales experience: 5 years (Preferred)
  • UCaaS, SaaS, or Cloud service sales: 5 years (Preferred)

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary commensurate with experience
  • Uncapped Commission based on exceeding monthly targets
