Qinetik Marketing is now hiring Outbound Calls Agents (Remote)!
As an Outbound Calls Agent, you will conduct outbound telephone calls with Real Estate professionals across Ontario to inform them of current promotions. There are no sales or appointment setting required. This role is responsible for following a script during calls, influencing callers, and for collecting error-free data.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A friendly telephone voice with excellent verbal & written English language skills
- An ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm
- Strong communication skills with a natural aptitude for telephone customer service
- Minimum of 4 years calls experience
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR HOME WORKSTATION:
- PC with Windows 8 or better or Mac with OSX 10.8 or better
- Unlimited High Speed Internet Access with speeds of 10Mbps or higher
- Microsoft Excel
- Your home office workstation must be located in Ontario, Canada
