JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an Operations and Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing and passionate team located at our head office and fulfillment center in Scarborough, Markham and Steeles. This entry-level Specialist position offers future advancement in becoming the Operations & Order fulfilment manager. The specialist will be responsible for integrating, creating, and performing a variety of tasks in packaging, shipping, receiving, storing, and accounting for merchandise to fulfill orders and maintain appropriate inventory levels. In addition, the role will support the operations team with timely analysis and system/process documentation. This individual will need to have great organizational skills, extreme attention to detail and be a natural self-starter.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily online orders (end-to-end from receiving orders, preparing, packaging, shipping and handling returns), ensuring that orders are fulfilled correctly and in a timely manner via major courier services

• Prepare, schedule and track wholesale order shipments

• Accurately manage inventory across all locations both physically and in systems

• Input and track order and returns data across several systems

• Responsible for receiving incoming product, entering product into internal inventory management software and ensuring accuracy between actual and online inventory count

• Assist in forecasting equipment, materials and supplies

• Assist in analyzing all available data and create reports to formulate supply chain action plans and support timely decision making

• Assist in system/process documentation with the goal of optimizing productivity, logistics and the customer experience

• Some lifting and bending are required

• Other administrative duties may apply

QUALIFICATIONS

• Administrative, customer service, logistics experience is preferred

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred

• High level of attention to detail is a must

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

• Able to work alone and a natural self-starter

• Possess a positive, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Analytical and a problem solver with a good sense of judgment and adaptable to different situations

• Highly developed multi-tasking and organizational skills with ability to work well under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
