The Operations Officer, Career Services is an integral member of the Career Services team. The incumbent takes the lead in planning and executing quality processes to provide responsive customer service and support student success and retention at all Conestoga campuses. The Operations Officer provides administrative, logistical, and project management support to management and Career Services staff. The incumbent also works closely with management and Career Services staff to develop efficient business processes and ensure consistency in data collection and management.
The Operations Officer supports Career Services programming including coordinating in-class/faculty-requested workshops, providing logistics support for virtual/in-person programming and events, and tracking programming metrics.
Successful candidates will be required to conduct work within Ontario and must be available to work on campus as required. It is anticipated that this position will meet the needs of the department working 5 days a week on-site.
