We’re searching for an experienced professional to join our Maintenance Team in the role of Operations and Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will collaborate with our team to support our Bradford facility to deliver high-quality products to our consumers and patients. As an Operations and Maintenance Technician you will…

  • Support the daily operation and basic upkeep of our Natural Gas Generation Station and surrounding areas
  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and basic care of the CoGen stations
  • Act as first responder in the event of problems with both our BAS and CoGen and assist with any technical issues after hours to support 24/7 operations including but not limited to managing applicable systems via remote-control centers
  • Maintain all applicable records, logbooks, and reports as set out by both internal and external sources and ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Operate and monitor the BAS control systems to assist in the daily schedules and reporting of the facility and outside contractor groups, and coordinate activities with external service providers
  • Produce reports, records of information related to operational, maintenance and safety activities in the BAS and Power Generation systems
  • Navigate mech and elect drawings and technical manuals, and maintain logbooks, maintenance forms and complete CMMS entries daily
  • Foster a safe and healthy workplace by eliminating, reducing, and cleaning up environmental incidents, reporting hazards and complying with internal policies
  • Attend and participate in meetings, professional development training and all orientation programs as required


As an experienced professional, you will have…

  • 3 years of BAS experience operating in similar facilities
  • 2 – 5 years of relevant work experience in Power Generations (we would also welcome an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
  • Proficient computer application skills including trending and troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices, engines, generators, and related equipment with the ability to use plant equipment

Bonus points if you have…

  • A passion for the industry and are comfortable working with cannabis
  • Experience with Jenbacher, Waukesha, and Cat stations
  • The availability to work weekends, holidays and afterhours as required
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 30lbs and are comfortable with step ladders and the repetitive use of your hands, wrists and forearms while wearing PPE (jump suits, safety glasses, hair nets, etc.) during shifts
