Online Sales Manager- Delta, BC

What is the job?

• Greet and provide exceptional customer service primarily by phone, email, online chat, and very limited in-person.
• Learn and understand all product including pillows, duvets, and other luxury bedding.
• Identifying customer needs and quoting prices accordingly.
• Accepting customer purchase orders and web orders then processing it for next steps.
• Arranging order shipment by creating labels, preparing customs documents, and booking couriers as necessary.
• Communicating with other departments as necessary.
• Keeping your desk area, tasks, and information well-organized.
• Continuous learning and constantly trying to improve in your role.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

What you bring to the job?

• 1 year minimum prior customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Knowledge of the hospitality or bedding industry is an asset.
• Motivated attitude and positive demeanor.
• Reliable and willingness to learn the business.
• English fluency, both written and verbally.
• High attention to detail.
• Able to work at a computer for long periods of time
