Our Dr. Josie Marciello Dentistry in Toronto is searching for an experienced, organized Office Manager to join our amazing team on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Office Manager will ensure the practice functions smoothly and efficiently through the oversight of the front office and administrative support. The person we are looking for is excited to develop and implement innovative methods to optimize patient experience, improve the flow of the practice, and create working harmonies between the front office and back of office teams.

Here’s What You Will Bring:
- Postgraduate diploma in office administration or degree in business administration
- 3-5 years of office management experience, preferably in dental office environment is mandatory
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular), especially with practice management software, Abel + Tracker
- Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
- Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
- Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
