We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Office Administrator to run our busy office. The right candidate will be proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel, have experience with email and scheduling, and must be a multitasker with a great attitude. The Office Administrator will report to the Executive Assistant and work closely with our business development team.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and organize the office space.
  • Perform general office duties, including typing, filing, copying and faxing.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the director.
  • Order office supplies; monitor inventory of office supplies.
  • Manage the operations of the building and maintain a positive relationship with building management and tenants.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
