FVCL is a rapidly growing medical ophthalmology clinic specializing in eye disease and surgeries with advanced technology. We have nationally-recognized team of ophthalmologists with vast clinical experience in a wide variety of ocular services including MSP covered exams and surgeries, as well as private lens surgeries and LASIK.
We are looking for an efficient, energetic and detail oriented individual to join our dynamic and growing ophthalmic clinic and surgical centre!
Responsible for all surgical and clinical inventory ordering
- Any paperwork passed down by leads/managers
ie: college communication, applications, contracts, etc.
- Compiling monthly KPI reports from weekly barometers
- Calling post eyelid and cataract surgery patients
- Contact point for reps and surgical companies
- General admin duties: scanning, filing, photocopying, etc.
- Unpacking and putting away inventory
- Other duties as required
