Reporting to the New Accounts Team Lead - This person will be working in a fast-paced environment, and is responsible for all processes and procedures related to the operation of New accounts This highly motivated and energetic candidate must ensure all requests and inquires from advisors, clients and head office are processed accurately and in a timely manner according to the established service level agreements. Respective control accounts are reconciled by the established deadlines. • You will ensure documents are in good order, input/update client data and assist in the completion of forms, notifying any deficiencies to sales team. You will be responsible for completion of daily tasks and transactions while ensuring compliance with internal and industry regulatory requirements • Identifying different types of accounts and updating accordingly based on regulatory requirements • Timely processing of various account opening types, and NFU’s • Provide assistance to IA’s and their assistants in terms of documentation requirements when processing rejections for incomplete documentation • Identifying and verifying Data through Dataphile - Other duties as assigned
