Reporting to the Research & Development Director, as a Full Stack developer, you will actively participate in our research and development initiatives as well as the design and development of our current platform. You will have technical ownership for your functional areas and understanding of customer problems and how they can be turned into solutions, and will be engaged in the research, development, delivery, 3rd line support and systems maintenance processes. The incumbent will also play a key role in assisting other areas of the organization in the successful configuration of message exchanges between its customers.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will be situated in the following domains:
- Key member of the core Software Development team creating and supporting platform of software products and services (Federated Applications Suite and Fully Managed Web Services).
- Design and build innovative solutions that can solve complex problems in the real-time, high volume transactional multi-tenant environment.
- Work with cross-product, cross-functional teams in a cutting edge technical environment, constantly pushing the envelope.
- Technical ownership for your functional areas and understanding of customer problems and how they can be turned into solutions.
- Research, development, delivery, 3rd line Support and systems maintenance.
- Analyze requirements, design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, deploy and document software components using scrum and other agile development methodologies.
- Performs testing tasks requiring planning, scheduling, developing and testing to assure that developed products meet design specifications.
- Spends time with creating and performing testing.
Requirements
- Strong Hands-On Technical proficiency in programming web applications and/or APIs in .NET Framework and/or .NET Core
- Proficiency in agile methodology.
- Understanding the microservice architecture.
- Good Knowledge of C# and SQL languages.
- Good knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML
- Good knowledge of Visual Studio or VS Code.
- Experience in real-time, high volume transactional systems/services and multi-threaded programming.
- Passionate, innovative, strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Strong customer satisfaction orientation and showing real interest in and enthusiasm about modern software development.
- Fit into an entrepreneurial culture that is a fast-paced and proactive environment.
- Strong focus on quality, reliability, sustainability and scalability.
- Excellent verbal and written documentation skills.
- University degree in Computer Science/Engineering, and 2-3 years of Microsoft development experience.
- Team player.
