Position Highlights

We are a hiring dynamic and flexible professional to work in a fast-paced team environment to manage one of the areas within

our Insurance Contact Centres. This role will provide leadership and direction in the selection, training and development of

contact centre employees.

As a Manager reporting to the Manager, Insurance and Driver Licensing Contact Centres, you will lead the Insurance Customer

Service team of approximately 40 employees, including 2 supervisors and their teams.

  • You will be accountable for monitoring, developing and reviewing key performance indicators to maintain operational efficiency
and customer satisfaction

  • You have demonstrated management and senior experience and an educational background that may include a degree,
diploma, insurance designation or the equivalent

  • Your initiative, business acumen, technical knowledge and results orientation will be essential to your success as you monitor
productivity, quality of calls as well as develop and implement business plans

  • Your relationship management and communication abilities will enable you to effectively build and maintain stakeholder
relationships in a hybrid working model

  • Working in this team-based environment, your positive attitude, proven people leadership and strong communication skills will
be essential for developing and maintaining a high performing team

Position Requirements

  • Ability to drive positive change through process improvement, automation and strategic solutions will add to your success in
the role

  • Several years of experience within a customer service or call centre setting with proven management experience
  • Ability to identify and develop supervisory talent
  • Ability to manage a large team while setting direction, executing, celebrating success, but holding people accountable for
performance/behaviours (e.g., absenteeism)

  • Knowledge of contact centre technology, business processes, industry practices, trends and developments
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management concepts, principles, and practices
