Comec is seeking a career driven individual to participate in a Management Trainee program. This is an entry level opportunity, within one of Comec's client operations, designed to develop your career for supervisory and management roles.
The position is full time and will be based in the Cold Lake area, some camp work will be required. The Management Trainee program is typically two to three years in duration.

Duties and responsibilities :
- Begin training, within client operations, as entry level leadership with hands on in field training
- Learning oilfield operations from fabrication, construction, maintenance, and turnarounds
- Exposure to functional and operation management responsibilities
Qualifications :
- Journeyperson trade certification (or working towards one)
- Experience in leadership and project planning
- - Post- secondary degree/diploma
- Background in quality control (QC)
- Motivated self-starter with excellent communication and organization skills
- Willing to commit to a fast paced development path with access to future opportunities that will present themselves through your own commitment
- Committed to learning and understanding the tasks at each phase of the training program, including proper work procedures, job planning, safety, cost awareness and developing team and customer relations
- Valid driver’s license
- H2S Alive, 1st Aid, CSO
