POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are currently looking for a person to fill the permanent full-time position as maintenance manager for one of our structures in Montreal.
The maintenance manager performs various tasks related to the maintenance of the building and the management of maintenance and renovation projects.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma (SSD)
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
