Standard Responsibilities:

The successful candidate is an enthusiastic, hardworking individual who would like to work with our Office Services Team. The Mail/Office Services Clerk is responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing mail in a timely manner and getting them delivered to everyone’s inboxes. This includes our internal in-house mail as well. The Mail/Office Services Clerk is also responsible for making sure printer stations and copy rooms are stocked up. This position works closely with our Senior Office Services Coordinator to provide vacation coverage for office moves, furniture moves, prepping workspaces for staff arrivals/departures and other various administrative tasks. Cross training to cover at our Deliveries desk and providing assistance in the production room as required are too part of the daily requirements of this position. Reception relief and cross over training with our Food Services team would also be considered for the successful candidate.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a professional environment (deliveries desk/mailroom or reception) is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and solve problems in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Pro-active and service oriented approach is a must.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
