Description:
Caron Equipment Inc. is looking for a Loader operator with a range of experience. The candidate should be familiar with all aspects of road construction from start to finish, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
The participate must demonstrate a commitment to personal safety and the safety of others by following all safety policies and procedures
Participate in all training required for Heavy Equipment Operators
An understanding of mining and /or industrial and /or civil construction methods
Ability to work on rotating shifts
Ability to work extended hours
Completing circle checks and hours of service paperwork
Other related duties as required but not limited to:
Valid Driver’s license
A safe driving record is required for this position
Adhere to all safety, health and environment policies and procedures
Work as a supportive team member and build good, respectful working relationships
Take part in all required training
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently
