We are a litigation law firm with an office in Kitchener, ON. While we have a strong focus on insurance defence work and insurance coverage litigation, our lawyers represent a variety of corporate and commercial entities, banks and financial companies, and individuals across Canada. Our lawyers regularly represent clients at trials, on appeals, and in alternative dispute resolution processes (ADR) by way of arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. We assist our clients by selecting the right strategy to resolve their legal problems. Our goal is to obtain the best result in the shortest time for the least expense.
We are looking for and experienced litigation assistant to join our growing team. Areas of practice include both Tort and AB files. If you are a team player, this is a great opportunity. Strong communication, organizational and computer skills are a must. Hybrid in office and remote work during Covid-19. We offer a competitive salary with benefits.
